6. Female urethra (여성요도)
- 길이 4cm, 직경 6-8mm
- transition epithelium이 외요도로 갈수록 stratified squamous epithelium으로 바뀜
7. Testis (고환)
- 4×3×2.5 Cm의 타원형으로 tunica albuginea에 싸여있다
- 1-4 convoluted seminiferous tubules→ 60 Cm long
- seminiferous tubule: 2 types
1) Sertoli (supporting) cells
2) spermatogenic cells
- stroma: Leydig cell- artery: (1) aorta → internal spermatic(testicular) a.
(2) hypogastric a. → a. of the vas (deferential a.)
- vein: pampiniform plexus → spermatic v. → IVC (right), left renal v.(left)
- lymphatics: lumbar L/N ( perihilar L/N)
8. Epididymis (부고환)
- posterolateral to the testis
